HELLO! I just got home* from MoCCA in New York City. I am so so happy to say that my original pages from the comic “Grief” (which appeared in the Ignatz-winning Qu33R anthology) are up at the Society of Illustrators through April 30th.

At MoCCA, I met a bunch of people, interviewed Phoebe Gloeckner , Alec Longstreth, and Jennifer Camper for my podcast, and sat on a panel called “Revealing the Self: Autobiography in Comics” with Gina Wynbrandt, Jennifer Hayden, and Gabrielle Bell! Moderated by Heidi Macdonald.

The whole trip was a delight. I also interviewed JD Samson, took Ponyo (my dog) around town, and ate the required vegan delicacies (VanLeeuwen banana ice cream, Superiority Burger, and Cheezehound Mutzarella).
